Trinity's Story
Trinity came as a young cat from a feral colony to a local shelter. She was indeed feral to everyone but me and another staffer at the shelter. She would get on my lap when I was scooping and purr when I petted her. When I told my boss I wanted to adopt Trinity she asked me if I had the right cat. It took three staffers to catch her for shots. She will always be somewhat of a loner but she has adjusted to people on her own terms. She does not tolerate being picked up but likes to be petted and will often snuggle or get on my lap. It is easy to ID her because of the tan patch of fur on her chest. As she has aged she has also displayed orange hairs on her hips. Trinity is seven years old and quite healthy.
