Felicia's Story
I was visiting Pima Animal Rescue one day, not planning on adopting. The vet tech told me about a young black kitten with severe resperatory infection. She had been dropped off because her people didn't want her vet bills. Once I held her and she snuggled into my neck, I was hooked. We spent several months with antibiotics and sleepless nights. From a little kitty she became a very full sized lady. Currently she weighs in at 16 lbs. Felicia is very affectionate and enjoys a good pet and cuddle. As a result of her infections she has a permanent condition whereas her eyes weep regularly. She is 7 years old.
